Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
• You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp message for COD orders before dispatch

Shipping Time
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD fee

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to track your delivery in real time.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us.

Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
