Refund policy

At Tankar_Luxe, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery crafted with care. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns (Easy 3-Day Window)
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
• Unboxing video is mandatory for return requests (for damage/defect claims)

Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased on sale or discount
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Slight color variations due to lighting/photography are not considered defects

Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos (including unboxing video)
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds
• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
• COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
• Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

Exchange Option
We also offer a one-time exchange for size/design issues (subject to availability).

Return Shipping
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
• In some cases, customers may need to ship the product to us

Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes
• Orders may require confirmation via call/WhatsApp before dispatch
• Tankar_Luxe reserves the right to deny returns if the product does not meet policy conditions
